RENTERS ARE WAITING:

BRING FORWARD THE RENTERS' REFORM BILL

It has been three years since the government first pledged to end no-fault evictions. Private renters have spent the past three years living in fear of an eviction notice landing on their doormat - and they cannot wait any longer for change.

According to research from Shelter, 200,000 private renters in England have been served with a no-fault eviction notice since the government first promised to ban them three years ago. This equates to a tenant being issued a no-fault eviction notice once every seven minutes since April 2019.

The government must now bring forward the Renters' Reform Bill and follow through on its promise to deliver long term stability for renters. Only by coming together can we pressure the government to deliver the rights we all deserve.

This change is only possible if we come together to push these demands on the government.
